Refund Policy

All sales are final
BIOS Advisor is digital software. Personal and Pro are one-time payments: no subscriptions, no renewals, no recurring charges. Your licence key is delivered the moment payment completes, so all sales are final and non-refundable, except as listed below. You agree to this at checkout.
Try before you buy
The free scan runs the same agent on your own PC first. Check that it detects your machine before you buy a licence.
When we will refund
- Duplicate charge: you were charged twice for the same licence.
- Not delivered: you paid but never received a licence key, and we can't deliver it within 7 days of your message.
- Required by law: where a law that applies to you requires a refund.
If something doesn't work on a supported system, contact us: we fix it or walk you through it. That is support, not a refund.
Chargebacks and abuse
Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank; most issues are solved in a day. If a payment is disputed or reversed, the licence key is deactivated immediately, and we share the purchase, delivery and usage records (licence activation, pairing and scan history) with the payment processor. Keys obtained through fraud, stolen cards or resale are revoked without refund.
Contributions
Support contributions are voluntary and non-refundable, except for a duplicate charge. They are not tax-deductible.
